Col. (Res) Rami Marelly, Ph.D.
Rami Marelly holds a B.Sc., a M.Sc. (Technion, Haifa) and a Ph.D. (Weizmann, Rehovot) in Computer Science.
Rami Marelly has held a variety of senior positions in the Israeli Air Force technological directorate including Head of C4I Systems Engineering Department and Head of Aerial ISR Systems Branch.
Rami has led the software development of command & control systems and safety-critical real-time systems and is an expert in requirements analysis and system engineering.
Serving as the head engineer of the IAF operational IT, Rami led the Israeli Air Force transformation program towards network centric warfare and was responsible for the development of ground and airborne digital networks and avionics, simulators, C4I systems and solutions for cyber and information security.
Within 23 years of service in the IAF, Rami gained a unique experience in initiation and execution of multi discipline large scale research and development programs, working with leading defense industries, research institutes and academy.
Rami has published many papers and is a co-author of the book "Come, Let's Play: Scenario-Based Programming Using LSCs and the Play-Engine".
Col. (Res) Eli Ankory
Eli Ankory holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Technion, Haifa) and an MBA degree (Tel Aviv University).
Eli has held a variety of senior positions in the Israeli Air Force including Head of UAV, Intelligence and Space Systems Department and Head of Communication and Navigation Branch in the IAF technological directorate.
Within 23 years of service in the IAF, Eli gained an extensive experience and expertise in complex, direct and matrix, program management in various fields mainly Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Aerial Intelligence and communication networks.
Eli has an extensive know how in initiation and execution of multi discipline large scale research and development initiatives as well as technological upgrades and acquisition programs, large fleet logistic support and maintenance, all in collaboration with government, worldwide military and aviation industries, research institutes and academy.
